Oven exterior body is produced from powder painted 1.2 Mm dkp sheet and inner 1.2 Mm galvanized sheet and is insulated with 150 mm rock wool between two surfaces. Sandwich furnace panels manufactured as a high temperature resistant sealant. No welding or bolted joints in the mounting of the panels. Panel sheets will be ral 9002, corner sheets will be ral 5015 blue, work safety parts will be yellow.
Heat units consist of indirect heat exchanger, circulation fans and fresh air vent. It has an insulation structure like oven body. The structure and capacity is sufficient to bring the ovens to the specified temperatures. The heating and first smoke return pipe of direct heating system is made of aisi 310 s steel, other parts are made from normalized boiler pipe. Body of heat units is made of st-37 sheet and sheet profile in suitable thickness and isolated with 150 mm rock wool.
The circulation fans are reversible winged and balanced in staticly and dynamicly. It has special isolation design that prevents the heat inside the furnace to reach the engine. 1 Pt-100 sensor is installed in the oven body for control of oven temperature. Homogene distribution of the oven temperature is provided precisionally by controlling input-output of the burner with the help of digital control unit which pt-100 sensor is connected. In the case of circulation stop, the pressure of the circulation fans is continually controlled, as the heat exchanger surface can be damaged by overheating. To maintain the air balance in the furnace,fresh air must be supplied into the furnace as much as the exhausted air. For this purpose, adjustable fresh air dump is added to heat unit body.
